Anthropic Models API adds lifecycle filter and pagination params
The models listing endpoint now documents after_id, before_id, lifecycle (active/deprecated/retired), and limit query parameters, plus an anthropic-workspace-id header. This is an additive API enhancement, not a deprecation.
