These Terms apply to the public ModelPriceLab website, accounts, data tools, and any separately invited Founder Pilot. A Founder Pilot may have a written scope or order form; if it conflicts with these Terms, the written pilot terms control for that pilot.

Operator notice: the legal name, registered address, governing law, venue, tax identity, and contracting authority for ModelPriceLab have not yet been published on this site. Until those details appear in a written pilot order signed by both sides, the public website does not offer a binding paid Founder Pilot contract or accept payment.

By using ModelPriceLab, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have authority to accept them for yourself or your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit data. You must comply with applicable laws and any rules of the data providers you use.

Public prices, change records, rankings, diagnostics, newsletters, and account features may change, contain errors, or be withdrawn. Access shown in a legacy plan, checkout, or interface does not promise that a plan will remain for sale or that every listed feature is available. We may set reasonable rate, export, or usage limits.

Founder Pilots are not public self-service purchases. A free qualification call only determines possible fit and does not include a complete analysis, evaluation, migration plan, or guarantee of acceptance. If both sides wish to proceed, we will provide written terms before requesting payment or business samples.

The application accepts only a non-sensitive summary, such as a high-level workload, trigger category, approximate spend range, provider or model names, data readiness, and target thresholds. Do not paste or attach invoices, logs, prompts, outputs, business samples, personal data, credentials, secrets, or internal URLs.

After both sides confirm the written scope and data terms, a ModelPriceLab operator with a current, revocable Pilot staff authorization must open a referenced data request. Evidence may be submitted only while that request permits it and only by the case owner or authorized Pilot staff. General admin, editor, or superadmin roles do not themselves grant Pilot data access.

You retain your rights in data you provide. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it for the agreed purpose. Before submission, minimize and de-identify business samples and remove credentials, secrets, unnecessary personal data, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, and other highly sensitive information unless the written pilot terms expressly allow it.
您保留所提供数据的权利，并确认有权将其用于双方约定的目的。提交前应最小化和脱敏业务样本，并移除凭证、密钥、不必要的个人信息、支付卡数据、健康信息、政府身份标识及其他高度敏感信息，除非试点书面约定明确允许。
Do not upload pilot data through a channel that has not been agreed in writing. Our handling of pilot data is also described in the Privacy Policy.

When eligible Pilot data is deleted, active business content is removed or de-identified across case, evidence, decision, written-scope identity, signed-link, and payment-note fields. We may retain a minimal audit stub without the original business content, transaction references, and records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or disputes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

A Founder Pilot is a one-time professional service unless its written terms say otherwise. Its fee is set in the written confirmation and may reflect data preparation, model-provider charges, manual review, and scope. It is not automatically refundable merely because the evidence recommends against a migration or expected savings are not achieved.
除非书面约定另有说明，Founder Pilot 是一次性专业服务。费用在书面确认中确定，可能包括数据整理、模型调用、人工复核和范围成本。若证据结论是不建议迁移，或预期节省未实现，并不当然触发退款。
Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the written pilot confirmation and applicable law. We consider the work completed, committed third-party costs, undelivered scope, and any material failure to provide the agreed service. Contact support promptly; refunds are not automatic and no savings-linked refund promise applies unless written into the pilot terms.
取消和退款资格以试点书面确认及适用法律为准，并结合已完成工作、已发生的第三方成本、未交付范围和是否存在重大未履约判断。请及时联系支持；退款不会自动发生，除非试点书面条款明确约定，否则不存在与节省金额挂钩的退款承诺。
If a recurring subscription is offered, you may cancel future renewals through the available account or support channel. Access and refund treatment follow the checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights.

Quotes, invoices, payments, refunds, and fee waivers are recorded as append-only events with an amount and currency where applicable, an external or internal reference, actor, timestamp, and reason. Corrections use a new reversing or corrective event rather than replacing the original. A waiver requires explicit authorized Pilot staff approval and a recorded reason.

A Pilot is marked delivered or closed only after payment is recorded as paid or an explicit waiver record exists, together with the required delivery and decision references. A later refund is added to the ledger and does not erase the earlier payment or delivery history.

ModelPriceLab provides decision-support information, not legal, tax, financial, security, compliance, or production-operation advice. Public prices and change records may be incomplete or stale. Estimates depend on the data and assumptions supplied. A cheaper model is not necessarily quality-equivalent. You must verify official vendor terms, evaluate on your own workloads, and approve any production change.

We do not guarantee cost savings, model quality, latency, uptime, regulatory compliance, successful migration, or uninterrupted availability.

ModelPriceLab and its original software, presentation, and analysis are protected by applicable rights. Third-party names, data, and materials remain subject to their owners' terms. We link to original sources where practical. Contact us if you believe content infringes your rights.

We may change or suspend features to maintain security, comply with law, address misuse, or revise an unvalidated product. Material changes to an active paid pilot will be handled under its written terms.

To the extent permitted by law, ModelPriceLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any other limitations applicable to a Founder Pilot should be stated in its written terms.
