Controller notice: ModelPriceLab has not yet published the legal name and registered address of its data controller. Do not send Pilot business data until a signed written confirmation identifies the controller, contact channel, processors, purpose, retention, and deletion terms.

This policy explains how ModelPriceLab handles data for the public website, accounts, newsletters, diagnostics, and separately invited Founder Pilots. A pilot may include a written data-handling schedule with more specific terms.

The Pilot application collects only a non-sensitive summary: a high-level workload and goal, trigger category, approximate spend range, model or provider names, data-readiness category, target thresholds, and account contact information. It is not an evidence-upload channel. Do not include invoices, logs, prompts, outputs, business samples, unnecessary personal data, credentials, secrets, or internal URLs.
Pilot 申请表仅收集非敏感摘要：高层 Workload 与目标、触发类型、粗略支出区间、模型或供应商名称、数据准备度类别、目标门槛及账户联系信息。它不是 evidence 上传渠道。请勿填写账单、日志、prompt、output、业务样本、不必要的个人信息、凭证、密钥或内部 URL。
Do not send invoices, call logs, prompts, outputs, evaluation samples, or other business data until a written pilot confirmation identifies the permitted purpose, transfer channel, people with access, any external model or infrastructure processors, retention, and deletion process.
在试点书面确认明确允许用途、传输渠道、访问人员、外部模型或基础设施处理方、保留期限及删除流程前，请勿发送账单、调用日志、提示词、输出、评测样本或其他业务数据。
Pilot data may include provider invoices, usage exports, model configuration, evaluation criteria, and de-identified workload samples. We use it only for the agreed qualification, baseline, evaluation, decision record, delivery, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Any materially different use requires a new legal basis or agreement.
试点数据可能包括供应商账单、用量导出、模型配置、评测标准及已脱敏的业务样本。我们仅将其用于约定的资格判断、基线、评测、决策记录、交付、安全和争议处理。实质不同的用途需要新的法律依据或约定。
ModelPriceLab does not use pilot business samples to train a public or general-purpose model unless the customer expressly agrees in writing. If an external model provider will process samples, the pilot confirmation should identify that provider and the relevant handling terms before submission.
除非客户明确书面同意，ModelPriceLab 不会用试点业务样本训练公开或通用模型。如样本将由外部模型提供商处理，试点确认应在提交前列明该提供商及相关处理条款。
After the scope and data terms are confirmed, an operator with a current, revocable Pilot staff authorization records their version and reference and opens a referenced data request. Evidence can be written only while that request permits it, by the case owner or authorized Pilot staff. The applicant can access only their own case. General admin, editor, or superadmin roles do not themselves grant Pilot access.

Provide only data you are authorized to share for the agreed purpose. Minimize and de-identify samples, and remove credentials, API keys, unnecessary personal data, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, and other highly sensitive information unless expressly accepted in the written pilot terms.
仅提供您有权为约定目的共享的数据。请最小化并脱敏样本，移除凭证、API Key、不必要的个人信息、支付卡数据、健康信息、政府身份标识及其他高度敏感信息，除非试点书面条款明确接受。
Depending on location and context, processing may rely on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Access by our personnel is limited to operators with a current, revocable Pilot staff authorization and a Pilot delivery need. General product roles are not sufficient. Service providers receive only the data needed for the purpose and terms identified before the data request is opened.
我们内部仅因 Pilot 交付需要、且持有当前有效可撤销 Pilot staff 专用授权的操作人员可访问相关数据；通用产品角色不足以取得权限。服务提供商仅接收在 data request 开启前已经说明的用途和条款所必需的数据。
We do not sell pilot business samples as a data product.

Essential storage supports authentication, security, locale, and preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, when used, are controlled through available consent choices as required by applicable law. Browser settings may also limit cookies, though some features may stop working.
必要存储用于认证、安全、语言和偏好。使用可选分析或广告技术时，我们会依适用法律通过可用的同意选项进行控制。浏览器也可限制 Cookie，但部分功能可能无法工作。
Links marked Affiliate or Referral may generate compensation at no additional cost to you. We may record the destination, source page, product identifier, and click time for attribution. Compensation does not change our published pricing method or guarantee a recommendation.

We retain account, support, security, and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, and disputes. Payment records may need to be retained after account or pilot data is deleted.

Quotes, invoices, payments, refunds, waivers, delivery, closure, and deletion actions are recorded as append-only ledger events with references. Corrections add a reversing or corrective event rather than overwriting the original. These records are kept separate from Pilot business samples and may be retained where reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or disputes.

Founder Pilot retention is set before data submission. A daily retention sweep removes or de-identifies eligible active business fields when the recorded delete-by time passes; an authorized deletion request can trigger the same process earlier. This covers case, evidence, decision, written-scope identity, and payment-note fields. This includes workload and goal details, current models or providers and spend, evidence labels, sources, URIs, payloads, amounts, formulas and observation data, decision rationale, thresholds, risks, rollout or rollback content, customer/provider/controller legal identities and signed-scope links, payment notes, and other business-facing approver details.

A minimal audit stub may remain: an internal case reference, event type and timestamp, a minimized or pseudonymous actor reference, deletion scope, reason and completion time, and transaction references required by law or for a dispute. The stub does not retain the original business content. Residual encrypted backups, security logs, and legally required records may remain until their normal lifecycle expires or the legal need ends. The deletion confirmation will describe any material exception we can identify.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the service and data. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Founder Pilot data should not be sent until the agreed channel and processor list are confirmed. Providers may process data in other countries under their applicable safeguards.
我们采取与服务和数据相适应的合理管理、技术及组织措施，但任何互联网传输或存储系统都无法保证绝对安全。在确认约定渠道和处理方清单前，请勿发送 Founder Pilot 数据。服务商可能依据其适用保障措施在其他国家处理数据。
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the message link. We may verify identity and may retain data where law or a valid exception requires it.
根据适用法律，您可以请求访问、更正、删除、限制、可携带或反对处理，并可撤回同意。营销邮件可通过邮件中的链接退订。我们可能验证身份，并在法律要求或存在有效例外时继续保留相关数据。
ModelPriceLab is intended for professional users and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated through the service.
